Has your Harmon PB105 boiler or PF100 furnace burn pot failed with a hump or crack in the air hole area of the burn pot?
If it has or HAS NOT it would help if you voted and added comments in the poll in "The Boiler Room" forum.

A number of folks are having this problem and some have had one or 2 burn pots fail in one burning season. But what is odd is that some folks with these 2 units are not having the problem. We are trying to figure out what the difference is and find a solution. Information is needed for how owners operate their PB105s and PF100s (settings, OAK, install, and so on). Also ideas and suggestions.
