   Northern Kentucky along the Ohio River

   When scrolling through a group of replies the computer locks and I get the message "hearth .com not responding Recover web page?" I click recover and in a moment everything is working. This my happen several times while visiting one of the main forums. Is it a problem with my computer or its settings??

   No other reports. In those situations, the first thing is to try another browser (chrome, or Firefox). Also, restart your cable modems and routers and machine.....chances are something in a cache somewhere locked up.
