Last evening my fan that blows the heat out died. Second time in 2 weeks. What's up with that ? Is it on it's way out ? Loose connection ?

Clean it and if it has oil ports oil it using the oil specified on the makers plate (usually SAE 20 non detergent, or 3 in 1 in the blue and white can (which is SAE 20)).
