Hiding OAK?

Anyone have any ideas about how to hide the OAK on the outside of the house? I am moving my stove upstairs from a basement install and my stove will be on the front side of my white house (split entry). Exhaust will be going through the roof. I have seen stuff like this and wondering if I could rig it up to my OAK:

That should work just fine. No heat in that area, just combustion air. The adapter from 4" to whatever size tubing you need might be the tricky part...

You will have to remove the exhaust flap (states it is built in) in that vent before using, otherwise no air can be drawn into the stove.That flap is used for dryer exhaust, not intake.

They do make vent covers for make-up air (OAK)
