Hitachi RB24EAP 23.9cc - Would that work ?

I have a Hitachi RB24EAP leaf blower and wonder if tthat would work to do the LBT ? Anyone have ever experimented with these ?

Should I blow from the inside out or should I just put the impeller close from the outside air vent and suck the dust out ? Any modification should be made to make it work ?
