Got my first wood stove...Pleasant Hearth 1800 SF...small stove but i have a small house...

Now its chimney time...need some help because i dont feel like burning my house down because i wanted to save a few bucks.

Home depo has triple wall 36" Dura Plus for like $85...thats cheaper than everyone elses double wall pipe? Something seems wrong here...anyone ever used this stuff?

Heres the through wall kit and chimney im looking at

http://www.homedepot.com/p/DuraVent...it-6DP-KTTW/100180192?quantity=1&str_nbr=3036

http://www.homedepot.com/p/DuraVent...mney-Stove-Pipe-6DP-36SS/100144227?quantity=4

Also it seems the through wall kit is intended for double wall pipe once outside, will triple wall connect to the vertical leg of the T they provide in the kit?

I hate home depo but not enough to spend another $200 somewhere else.

Any advice is appreciated...

Thanks,
Aaron

DuraPlus is DuraVent's value line. It's bulky due to the extra layer, but will do the job. The kit parts should match the straight DuraPlus pipe.

Do you have a Menards nearby? If so, also check on their Selkirk chimney pipe prices.

They twist lock together.
