Looking to clean the exhaust pipes on my stove. I cannot figure out how to remove this vent/ screen. Unscrewing the cinch down did not yield any results
How do I remove this exterior vent/ screen for cleaning?

There is a label on the top of the larger piece, maybe search for the manufacturer and try to find something. I can't make it out from the pictures, maybe even a model number if you are lucky.

Looks like there is a screw clamp at the base.
Loosen it off may take some work to loosen the pipe.
wiggle it up and down back and forth round and round
probably stuck and will take some force
