how do you guy's cool the stove with overfire?

Please put what stove you have in your sig line so we know what one you are talking about when you post.

I can't. I don't know what it is other than Avalon. the model sticker is gone and I have looked all over for another plate, but don't see one. I will put Avalon in my sig though if it helps. I would love to i.d. it. then I could get the instruction manual for that stove. plus I would like to put a fan in it.
