    What about *new* installs of epa rated inserts. An open fireplace is dirtier than an insert - right?

    I had to fill up with oil in August of 2005 so I just missed the "rebate" from the State on that.
    Woodstoves arent considered an energy efficient device so no rebate on that either yet if someone replaces an old stove with a new one there is a cash incentive?
