Just buying a stove this summer. Have a colonial 2 floors 1900 sf tot. Will a ceiling fan on each floor running in reverse do it?

In some houses this can pretty much take care of itself. Others need assistance. Can you describe the 1st flr plan, stove location and how the warm air is getting upstairs?
