I have a AQccentra insert...would i see benifits of having an OAK?...or...can one even be hooked up to it?
I have been seeing alot said about OAK's on here lately!

My insert gets installed today w/OAK. I insisted on it.

Harman recommends an OAK for every install, but as has been discussed most dealers are reluctant. There is speculation that they never want to quote it because they are afraid the extra expense will cost them the sale.

Have it installed with an OAk, and the service rack (not sure if it comes with a service rack or if it's an option), for with the service rack the whole insert unit slides out for cleaning with out having to disconnect anything including the OAK. Very nice unit and options for an insert.

Enjoy the heat!

Looking forward to your pictures! Take some during installation if you can. My parents are thinking about an insert after seeing my stove. They don't have a good place for a freestanding but have a wood fireplace that they burn wood in a couple times a year just for fun.
