Installation of stove pipe ?

Hello, I want to add a Thelin gas stove into my sunroom. I only can vent it straight up through the roof. The roof is described as (Oasis insulate aluminum roof system comprised of 4" EPS structural core/insulation, laminated on both sides with .024 gauge stucco-embossed aluminum with krystal kote protective finish). Not sure if this is possible or not. Any ideas? Thanks
 
Check with the mfg of the roofing material on how to flash off a penetration through it. Simpson also makes Dead-Soft Aluminum roof flashing which are supposedly for metal roofs, I have no idea how they work though.
