When firing wood insert for first time, what happens to spray adhesive used to adhere wrap insulation to stainless liner as well as adhesive on foil tape used to wrap joints and seams? It must burn but does the foil tape lose its grip and does insulation pull away from liner?

The spray adhesive will burn off yes but the tape does not i have pulled 20 year old liners and the tape was still stuck.

It will not come off as long as you taped it well enough and you installed the stainless mesh correctly
