Don't know...? Per bag would seem a bit impractical. Per batch might work. But all of this requires 3rd party testing, so even more time is required for feedback/results, labeling, then shipment
 
"...all participating mills will have the option of labeling each bag of pellets with a quality sticker developed by PFI to indicate which grade of fuel is in each bag, including premium, standard or utility."

:eek: Can't wait to get hold of some of them utility grade pellets for my stove...
