    Does anyone know?

I can't find anything on the web about this and am not sure it is because it's a new stove.

    Thanks in advance,

    FG.

A manufacturer cannot list a unit for sale unless it has been tested to UL standards.

Except Vogelzang. Da box stove ain't a UL listed stove.

But yes, the Enviro is tested and listed to UL standards by Warnack Hersey.

    Thanks for the response guys.

So I assume then that there's no difference between being "tested and listed to UL standards", and being "UL approved"?

    This is correct?

I thought UL did their own testing and approving.

    Thanks again,

    FG.

The vast majority of solid fuel appliances are tested to UL standards and listed by third party labs, not UL itself. UL certifies the labs and does periodic inspections.

The two largest are Warnock Hersey and OMNI in the U.S.
