    I've gummed my es bars a couple times in real stringy wood, but haven't lost a bearing yet. Many miles & very little paint on some of them. I peg my oilers, & run old skool saws too. I wanna see the oil fly off the tip. Friction makes heat, & kills moving parts, oil prevents friction, seemed simple enough till EPA got involved.
    Don't hug my tree, it'll flatten ya when it falls. A C

    Yea I got my 390 cranked to Max. I took it back when I first bought it cause i thought it wasent oiling right. I was comparing it to an older 026 that would littwraly spin oil off the bar after ideling.
