I have a chance to use a Jotul 118 or a Thor metal works insert. Does anyone know which would be more efficient and which will produce more heat? The Thor would fit nicely in my fireplace and the jotul would stand a little in front of it. Thor has a blower and good size fire box the jotul has no blower. Anyone with experience with either? I was told I could put a fan behind the Jotul but would that compare to an insert with a blower?
