Just found Woodstock soapstone stove on craigslist $600!!

Gosh this seems like good deal to me. The only reason I did not go soap was because most of them have a victorian appearance...which doesnt go with my home.

As I have checked on dozens of stoves for sale, most of them were older models and abused to some extend. The minority were either newer {3-7 yrs} and/or in good shape. Not sure where that one falls..

It's an older model of the fireview manufactured in 1985-96, but if it's in good shape I'd say it's a steal. Prolly needs a new cat ($125) and some gaskets. If it were near me I would of already bought it.
