Does anyone else collect the scraps from the splitter? I just started doing it and got 2 burlaps full of good size slivers I figure it will be great kindling!

I have plenty of kindling with scrap lumber, the old cedar shingles (untreated) I took off the house, slabs and kindling I have stock piled in one of my sheds . . . and I still cannot resist gathering up the splitter scraps . . . figure it's still good for something and a shame to waste.
