So while going through my manual the other night I noticed a section that said if I don't install an oak that I need to remove the 4" fresh air outlet on the back of the pedestal. Can someone verify that this is only for the free standing version of the stove? I never saw the outlet on the back of the insert and they don't specify in the manual that it's only on the freestanding version as the manual is for both versions
