Hello

Looks like an older Fasco where you can see the shaft turning at the very end. I used 3-1 oil on it to quiet it down.

If I need a new exhaust blower then what is the cheapest way to replace it?

Maybe someone at Fasco Distribution can xRef it?
http://www.fasco.com • 800-325-8313 • fax 800-352-7207

The specs are FASCO Model 702111383 115 VAC 0.6A Type U21B 60 HZ 3,000 RPM
Quadrafire Part # 812-3381 with a diameter of 5 inches between the mounting screws. See red arrow in pic below:

Mountain View Hearth has it for $330 !!! but I do not need the housing just the FASCO blower motor and maybe fan blades??
http://www.stove-parts-unlimited.com/Quadra_Fire_1200_Exhaust_Blower_p/812-3381.htm

The diameter of the motor casing is 3.3 inches

The distance between the 3 holes shown by the blue arrows are approx 2 and 3/4 inches

Looks like a D202 in this FASCO pdf?

Hello

I am still looking if I can find something cheaper but this is better than buying the housing and all!!

Got a nice response from Jason Munson. He is a good guy for pellet stove parts.

See >> http://www.pelletstovepro.com/

I left a message of what I needed.

He sent email saying this will fit!! Has Fans Blades and is cheaper at $247.00
3-1/4" Diameter Motor Housing
4-3/8" from front to back

Thats the same blower from the thread I posted (Rotom).

I bought one. Sounds different (different type of motor) but works the same. Much cheaper than stock (by half).

Don,

What matters after matching up the motor specs (so you don't fry your controller) is the impeller.

The unit you have as Whitfield .... w/Gasket is what I replaced my dying combustion blower with. It is also uses much less electricity than is stated in the ad.

I'm on a hunt for high efficiency electric motors, my goal is to reduce the power requirements of my pellet stove.
