Fan seems fine today, didnt mess with it and it eventually came on. I had to adjust the door quite a bit, otherwise it was swinging out. Leveled the stove left to right. Slightly adjusted the top door bolt, and then tightened the top hinge. Took a lot of finessing. Used the ceiling fan clockwise and a small fan at floor level blowing towards the stove room, did pretty well to distribute heat.
