Lopi Yankee Bay auger noise

    Hi,

    I have a Yankee bay insert that is about 4-5 years old. It started making a loud noise when the auger turns.
    I cleaned out the unit and vacuumed out the auger but the noise hasn't stopped. Any ideas? Should I take the unit out and pull apart the auger? Do any of the bearings need to be greased periodically?
