I have a mamabear fisher stove, the flue pipe has 2 cracks in it. I'm not sure what material this is and was wondering if anyone else would know. My plan is to weld these cracks up. Thanks.
 
what do you mean by flue pipe? attach pics so we can understand
 
well not exacty that is the stove collar not the flue and you could try welding it but i wouldn't count on it working post some pics we will have a better idea of whats going on
 
Yes, it can be welded. Part was called Flue (part # 111 BS) and is 6 inch OD X 12 gauge steel X 5 inches long.
