I have a 25-pdvc or 55-shp10 Englander pellet stove and the upper feed auger is not responding to the control panel. The room air blower works fine. Talked to tech support and was told to check thermostat jumper wire and make sure it was installeM properly, which it was and to time the upper auger. It turns approx 1.5 seconds on each setting with a 6 second delay in between. It's a little colder now and would like turn up the heat before Monday if anyone knows how.

Check the back of the top auger and make sure the set screws are tight. If not it may slip. and just sit there.
