Need some help with new home

Hey everyone,
I bought a new to us house. It was built in 1987, and we have two Beckwood fireplaces. One in the upper level and one is lower in basement . The lower unit is built into the hearth. Its a thermostat controlled unit but I believe the thermocouple is bad. How in gods green earth do I get to this box?? The fan will kick on if the thermostat is moved all the way over.

Does anyone have a downloadable manual for this stove?

Sorry, I don't have it. This is only the second time I have seen this insert on Hearth.com
 
There’s a sell sheet with a manufacturer phone number listed on it. Maybe that will help.

Anyone know what brand/model of stove this is?

Does anyone know anything about this stove? I have a customer looking for a replacement blower. I cannot find a rating plate on it anywhere.
