I live in SE Mass near RI and I need to purchase some firewood 1 - 2 cords. But I want to know if anyone out there has a recommendation. I have been burnt before (pun) on CL. Don't want it to happen again.

    Thanks

I know you are asking about cordwood, but I'd certainly consider BioBricks as an alternate. Then the worries about being shorted or not adequately seasoned don't come into play. Current prices make them competitive with cordwood. The only caveat is that you absolutely need 100% dry storage.
