Net length of DuraTech 6" double wall chimney sections?

I'm about to order DuraTech 6" chimney. Is the total length of a 60" section 60"? And if so, does anyone know how much length is lost at each joint?

Overall length will be more than 60" (they only count the portion that doesn't overlap). So you get the full 60".

Are you sure? The catalog shows 60" being the full length including the connecting joint. It also says this:

And now I see that page says to subtract 1" for each joint. So conflicting info but I would go with the info in the catalog.
