New to the forum, need help: Oval to round boot

Hi, Am am new to the forum but have turned here many times for information.

I am trying to find an oval to round boot that will accomplish the following

Oval 14.5 inches X 4 Inches (flue pass through in my chimney)

I was wondering if this can be fitted to a 6 inch round with a boot?

I have an adaptor from my old Franklin bi fold that is a 90 degree 14.5 X 4 to a 7 inch round but I would like a straight boot that goes from the 14.5 X 4 down to 6 inch round.

Any help or thoughts are greatly appreciated
