    Got home a while ago and the stove was making a nasty racket every now and again when the agitator would move. It was a definite metal on metal sound. Knowing something was up I shut it down and ate dinner while it cooled.

    Dumped the ash pan, pulled the burn pot and guess what I found? Two screws rolling around.

    Must have come from the last bag of Wood Fibers Inc chit that I dumped in the hopper this morning. Bought 10 bags last year to try. No plans to buy those again.

    Wood Fibers produced the largest Clinker I have ever seen...

    Maybe those screws are why?? LOL ;)

    Just my opinion but I think you got screwed by the Wood fiber Pellets you purchased.
