The log holder looks to be a pretty cool item....not sure how well it would do on the larger logs with only one fulcrum

For logs that can be handled myself, I pinch them in the wedge of a hydraulic log splitter. Works great. Heavier than that, I cut them on the ground half way through, then turn it over and get the other half.
