My end of the valley supposed to get a foot or more with rain first and winds over 40 to start Saturday. I filled up with gas today and always have a weeks worth of emergency food. Will have to get my folks stove and backup heater in order tomorrow..

WTF is it with this obsession with inches? 15" or 20" or 25" or 30" hell, it's still BIG! If you're in Southern NE tomorrow, you're all screwed._g

Nope, I took a vacation day. Just got my lazy can outa bed. Pot of coffee on and watching the weather. All loaded up, Snow blower gased and ready. Gennys on the deck. Gonna put a load of wood in the wood eater if we need it and all I'll need to do is toss in a match. Pulled up a cooler I can fill with snow and keep the brews extra cold! ==c

    Stay safe out there!

Nice, some us us hearty ones braved the weather and went to work !

Actually wasn't doing all that much until a few minutes ago. Steady but light and fine. It starting to come down a little bit heavier. Hopefully we are outta here soon.

I took a 'work from home day'. Which means, i logged in and checked email... and then did not much of anything else because no one else is doing anything that requires me to do anything :) if that makes any sense. I love snow days.

Buy the looks of it, I might have wasted a day. Only an inch of snow so far. O' well me and my son had some fun and went for breakfast. Well worth it! Looking at fishing mags and dreaming of spring!

Yep, not much so far. I posted a pic in the other thread....only about 1" here as of 2pm. I doubt there will be much more than about 2 1/2 - 3" by 5pm.

    No ice fishing?

This storm is turning into a big dud. 2" max on the ground here... not even windy.

The Meredith Ice Fishing Derby still on for this weekend. Gotta love the fact that there are all kinds of indoor events being cancelled, but the outdoor ice anglers are not being scared away.

WMUR reported the same just a little while ago! Check out the video

Half looped on Guiness, WooHoo I'm kind celebrating! Glad the snow bombed us this weekend. We have an indoor event to attend next weekend. Seems the lil guy gets an another award(CT Inland Youth Angler of the year! Really tough to say when you be half popped). So we been checking mags for what pops is gonna get him. Anytime he does well pops gets to spend. Also made honors again so I'll add a wee bit more!

6 down and 6 ta go. I thinx I shouda bought more! Burp!
