The next lot up, ladies and gentlemen, consists of seven original, in the wrapper, mint condition Hostess Ding Dongs. You just can't find these classics anywhere anymore. Minimum bid on this rare lot is $70.00. You know you love them, so let's see those paddles waving...

Just my luck. Earlier this year we switched over to Wonderbread for the first time.

 Pretty much what I thought.
That really lowers the value though, only a partial box and all.;)

Well today AC said something about the lines for Hostess cakes and it made me laugh pretty hard. Then I had to go to the store on the way to pick up my niece and no joke there was a line of people buying up all the Hostess products. I had to wait for my exhaust gasket for 20 minutes thats right ADVANCED AUTO HAS HOSTESS !!!

The Hostess truck drivers traded them for parts & labor on the old worn out delivery vehicles.

You gotta know that somewhere out there, someplace in a deep dark cellar or camoflaged shipping container, there is a doomsday "prepper" who is just giddy that their end of the world supplies contained 100 cases of Hostess products!

    What a windfall! :)

    Actually, here'sa Twinkie recipe:

Twinkie Trivia: Did you know, when Twinkie's first came out the filling was banana flavored - hence the 'shape' of the Twinkie............. (why do I know that???? I dunno.......) :)
