Just installed free-standing Osburn 2400 in a basement. The door needs an adjustment. I need to pull the pin out of the door in order to do it. The damn thing won't move. Tried all the pliers I have, put some wd-40, anti-rust remedy. Nothing helped. Any tips? I'm about to break this thing.

Have you tried moving the door handle in different positions while pulling?
It's not connected to the door handle. It just prevents the handle from free rotation. Acts like simple stopper.

If you have a small torch, apply some heat to the door near the pin to expand the hole fof the pin.

Looks like a vice-grip plier would make this easier with a small wood block (pencil) resting on the door body to act as a fulcrum. Then lever it up and out.

Thank you , it worked
