In my other post, I am getting a Joule 500 Oslo estimate next week.

Another store has these brands. How do these compare? Anything stand out like quality or price differences?

There is a big difference in visuals and construction. What are you leaning towards? They are all good brands, but see reply in other post. Questions remain the same regardless of brand. If this is a Lennox dealer, they probably also sell Country stoves.
 
From what I've read all of the stove manufacturers that you have listed have very good reputations, but as BeGreen mentioned there is a large difference in these stoves as you've mentioned cast iron, steel and soapstone stoves.
