I have recently installed a new Majestic Oxford Direct Vent stove. I converted it to LP and it has a 9 foot vertical straight vent using duravent direct vent pipe.

The flame looks like it should, but the heat output seems low. I think most of the heat is going out the vent pipe.

Does anyone have any experience with this stove? The manufacturer would only refer me to the dealer and the dealer was no help at all.
