The P38 exhaust flue collar is at 10-1/4" Centerline from the floor. P61 is at 10"...Depending on your pellet vent configuration, it MAY hook right up...

how many feet and 90's can you safely install in the 3 inch duravent. I have approx. 15 feet of pipe and 3 90's
The pipe manufacturers have a chart. But based on my installation, 2 elbows and 12' pipe, I had to run 4". you will need 4".
