Pellet Fraud Guy owns 84% Facebook?

I just read about the guy who scammed $200,000 from presale pellet sales has a contract claiming he invested $1,000 with founder of Facebook. He found it in a bunch of papers he had. He also was mixed up in mushrooms which can cause major skips in ones head.
