I'm in the process of building a small cottage and would like to install a pellet stove in the basement. I want to pass the 4" exhaust out through the ICF wall.

Does anyone know if this is possible? Before I pour the cement, I can leave a hole for the venting - what size does the hole have to be?

Any other things I need to consider?

Thank you in advance for your help!

I suspect you will need a Thimble same as though you were going through a wood wall the ICF manufacturer/supplier should have all the info you need
