Now there is a warm and fuzzy critter. Looks alot like my big yeller dog. A good ol lab and retriever mutt.
Our English Springer Spaniel would cozy up with it's back to the stove about the same distance.
Then the cat that would torment it would curl up between its legs up against it's belly.
It didn't dare move for fear of those sharp claws.
