I have my feed adjust set to 4 and am getting quite a few glowing pellets into the ash bin. They aren't falling off the end of the burn pot. I can't really see where they're flying out from. I turned the feed adjust down to 3 and it seems to be less, but still some. Is this normal for a PF100? At a feed adjust of 5 or 6, there are a lot of glowing pellets falling into the ash bin, but again...they are not falling from the front edge of the burn pot.
