To remove al pellets, proceed as follows: - remove the pellets which are in the hopper, as far as the protection grille, when the fire is out and the appliance is completely cold - switch on the appliance, allow it to operate until all the pellets have been depleted and the appliance switches off - wait for the appliance to cool down completely.
