Ever since my Piazzetta Monia was installed last tuesday, error code E 10 always appears on the left of the control panel. I can change the temperature on the control panel, but the E10 message immediately comes back on; and this doesn't seem to make any difference in power level. I have the temperature set between 60 to 65 degrees, so the room temperature has clearly been reached . The message "OK" never appears; E10 is always on. The only way I can control Power level is by manually changing the Power on the control panel. Am I doing something wrong, or might the room temperature probe be connected wrong or defective? Is there some way to test this?
