    Here is my stack from this year mosty Ash and Red Oak the oak was cut and stacked last summer and the ash was cut over the winter. The m/c of the ash was 24% so I hope It gets down to 18% by fall.

    The Ash will be fine. My son brought some in that he had cut in December. It was not as easy to deal with as the year old stuff but it's not bad at all. It fact he sold a load for $60 to a buddy "Because it's green" and got a call from the buddy's nieghbor wanting a load this week. Looks like rising fuel prices are getting more folks into the market earlier this year.
