At the end of last season my glass looked like this too. It was so bad, I couldn't even use paper towel to try to clean it because it would just disintegrate the paper to pulp. I had good luck using this spray called Fireview, but it still looked like yours. After some advice here, I tried the razor blade trick with limited success. Not until I soaked the glass with the Fireview spray then used the razor did the glass come back to new condition.
