plumbing kerr titan into existing baseboard

I have and old kerr titan i picked up and had 2 hvac guys blow me off on plumbing it,i just wanna plumb it myself and have my electritian do the rest.
1-Coming out of the boiler it is going to be 2 zones to the house and 1 to a heat exchanger in the garage that i want to use if the boiler needs to dump heat.
2-thinking i need 3 zone valve and expansion tank,also would like to make the whole house the powerless dump any advice or a pic of a similar plumbed system and parts list would be appreciated
