Better be a tarp on those pellets before it leaves the yard and 100% indoor storage.

That truck never left the yard...well it did, but she was empty when she left. All 23 tons sitting inside tonight where they are safe and dry.
Not 100% indoor storage, but about 98%. I always keep a couple of truckloads of our best sellers (Barefoot and Turman) out in the yard because it makes loading the delivery trucks much easier and quicker. Never out there more than a day or two.

Things are not always as they appear....
When certain inventory gets tight, I will try and save them for existing customers only. I used to put on the website "For existing customers only", until someone called the Attorney General and reported it. In turn, the Attorney General's office contacted me and told me this was "discrimination."
I tried to explain to her that the entire premise of owning a small business is taking care of those who are loyal to you. She continued to recite to me the statutes and law or whatever blah, blah, blah.
To date, I have just listed anything that I am low on as unavailable when inventory is tight- as my regulars typically know they can come and get some. I refuse to let a bunch of D-Bag bureaucrats in patent-leather shoes who have never owned a business tell me how to run mine. I have 8 truckloads scheduled to come in by Christmas and then it will lighten up. Anyways, to hell with Hartford, and I hope I don't regret putting this in writing. Please read quickly, this message will self destruct!!!

The try before you buy should assume that if yet testing a pellet out and you like it, chances are the batch you go get will be similar if you act within a reasonable amont of time. Likewise, if you don't like the pellet and do not buy, chances are you averted disaster. When you started this thread I thought you were going to go down he road of what a nightmare open skids are to a pellet dealer...
