Powder post beatle tubulars

    I've never seen these before (possibly because I don't process much oak). Very thin white tubular structures running perpendicular to the wood fibers. Are these from power post beatles?

    You will never have any doubts about pp beatles. There will always be a pile or several piles of very fine dust where they have been working.
