programmable thermostat with caddy add on?

hi all

well i ended with a CAddy add on after much debate. almost wnet yukon but shipping into canada blew that deal
i have an electric furnace itt will sister too.

this saturday i will complete the install and post a pic.
the caddy came with a thermostat for hte draft/damper operation.

i wonder can a digital programmable thermostat be installed and is there any benefit.

Yes you can install a digital thermostat. You can save wood by lowering your heating demand when your sleeping and don't need all the heat at night. Congrats on your Caddy! They are much more efficient!
