First off, want to preface this by saying thank you to all the members of hearth.com. You've been an invaluable resource and welcome diversion over these interminable months of waiting for this stove. Thank you! Now, to the install. They arrived by mid-morning, with Essie in tow. Uncrated her and got her on their dolly. Wish they hadn't uncrated, but they said they wouldn't be able to manage with the crate on. Pondering how they're going to get her up the stairs. She's finally in! Don't know who had it worse, the installers or my faint heart.
